Email app@dnai.ca, or use the information on Game Support. Include the game name, browser or app version, device, what you tried and what happened. A screenshot can help describe a visual problem.

Do not clear a game’s saved data before reporting a problem unless you intend to lose that local progress. Avoid sending passwords or sensitive personal information in a routine report.

Website and guide corrections

For a broken page, a project question or a factual correction, email info@dnai.ca. Include the full page address and the sentence or link involved. Describe what you expected and what you saw.

Privacy questions

Use the contact and request process in the notice relevant to your question: website privacy or game privacy. The games’ Terms of Service remain available at their existing address.
